Depending on the insurance policy, we may be able to send in the claim electronically instead of using manual claim forms. This will, in most cases, expedite the reimbursement. If you like us to do this, please provide us with all the necessary insurance information.
Please note that your insurance policy is an agreement between your employer and the company providing the benefits. As the patient you are the one who is responsible for any differences that are not covered by your dental insurance plan.
